Daniel Warnholtz has been appointed as the new Chief Finance officer (CFO) and Vice President of Finance at Ambea, starting from 18 April 2011. Warnholtz, who holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics, has been employed at AstraZeneca as CFO Sweden since 2007 and CFO and Vice President Nordic since 2009. He previously worked at Procter & Gamble from 1996, holding such positions as Finance Manager of P&G Nordic.

Daniel Warnholtz has a wide range of experience in international finance roles in fast moving consumer goods and pharmaceuticals, and he is well informed and insightful about healthcare and care services. His international exposure is impressive, and he has experiences from many other than finance functions, such as supply chain and manufacturing and treasury. He has broad technical skills within business administration including treasury, tax, acquisition, integration, budget/controlling and strategic planning.
